Kinesiology Services
Online Session
Cost per session: $50.00
Online sessions are best carried out over a laptop or large tablet, phones are possible but have a small display. These sessions are no different than in person sessions. You will still get a guided exercise/stretch session with your kinesiologist.
In-Home Session
Cost per session: $90.00
Private sessions occur in the privacy of your own home. Your kinesiologist will bring all the supplies you will need right to your door. In keeping with public health orders your kinesiologist completes rapid antigen testing weekly and will wear a mask throughout the duration of your session.

Partner Session
Cost per session: $40.00 (per person)
Partner sessions occur with in the privacy of your own home. These sessions focus on using each individual to help motivate the other. Your kinesiologist will bring all the supplies you will need right to your door. In keeping with public health orders your kinesiologist completes rapid antigen testing weekly and will wear a mask throughout the duration of the session.

Group Session
Cost per session: $15.00 (per person)
COMING SOON
Group sessions are for 4-8 people and more oriented to group exercise rather than rehabilitation. These sessions can take place during the summer or winter (bring a snowsuit). For bigger group enquires please reach out via phone or e-mail.
